For brands

From initial call to reportin six steps.

An influencer campaign with us typically takes six to eight weeks. Here you can see what happens in each step, how long it takes and what we need from you.

The six steps of a campaign

  1. 01

    Initial call

In twenty minutes via Teams or phone, we clarify goal, product, target audience, timeframe and budget range. You will usually get an appointment within a few working days.

  2. 02

    Concept and creator proposal

Within about a week you receive a concept with platform, formats, specific creators from our network and a quote listing all costs. Every proposed creator has been checked for bought followers beforehand.

  3. 03

    Contracts

Once you confirm, we sign the contracts with the creators: deliverables, dates, approvals, disclosure, usage rights and, where applicable, exclusivity. This usually takes up to a week.

  4. 04

    Content production and approval

The creators receive the briefing and, if needed, your product. They produce their posts and you approve each one. We allow two to three weeks for production, shipping and revisions.

  5. 05

    Publication

The posts go live according to an agreed schedule, labelled as advertising. Depending on the campaign, this spans a few days or several weeks. We check every post after publication.

  6. 06

    Report

As soon as the statistics for all posts are available, you receive the report with reach, engagement, clicks and codes per creator. We discuss it with you and note what the next campaign can do better.

These figures apply to a typical campaign. With many creators, complex productions or lengthy internal approvals on your side, it may take longer.

How long an influencer campaign takes overall

For a typical campaign with several creators, six to eight weeks pass between the initial call and the report. Content production and approval take the most time, because products are shipped, posts are produced and revisions are agreed.

If you have a fixed date, such as a product launch or a trade fair, we plan backwards from that date. In that case, get in touch about two months in advance so that the creators you want still have availability.

What we need from you

  • the goal of the campaign and how you want to measure success
  • information about the product and the target audience
  • budget range and timeframe
  • products for the creators, if they are to be shown or tested
  • links with identifiers or discount codes per creator, if clicks and sales are to be measured
  • a contact person who can approve posts promptly

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does an influencer campaign take?

At FNLY Agency, a typical campaign takes six to eight weeks from initial call to report. Content production and approval take the most time, at two to three weeks.

How does an influencer campaign work?

In six steps: initial call, concept and creator proposal, contracts, content production and approval, publication and report. You approve every post before it is published.

How early should I request a campaign?

For a fixed date such as a product launch, ideally about two months in advance. That leaves enough time for concept, contracts and production, and the creators you want are still available.

What do I need to prepare for an influencer campaign?

We need your goal, information on product and target audience, budget range and timeframe. If creators are to show the product, you provide the products, and to measure sales, links or discount codes per creator.

When will I receive a quote?

Within about a week of the initial call, you receive a concept with specific creators and a quote listing every cost individually.

Can I request changes during the campaign?

Yes, within the agreed revision rounds at the approval stage. Larger changes after the contract has been signed, such as a different product or new dates, are agreed with the creators.
