For brands
An influencer campaign with us typically takes six to eight weeks. Here you can see what happens in each step, how long it takes and what we need from you.
In twenty minutes via Teams or phone, we clarify goal, product, target audience, timeframe and budget range. You will usually get an appointment within a few business days.
Within about a week you receive a concept with platform, formats, specific creators from our network and a quote listing all costs. Every proposed creator has been checked for bought followers beforehand.
Once you confirm, we sign the contracts with the creators: deliverables, dates, approvals, disclosure, usage rights and, where applicable, exclusivity. This usually takes up to a week.
The creators receive the briefing and, if needed, your product. They produce their posts and you approve each one. We allow two to three weeks for production, shipping and revisions.
The posts go live according to an agreed schedule, labeled as advertising. Depending on the campaign, this spans a few days or several weeks. We check every post after publication.
As soon as the statistics for all posts are available, you receive the report with reach, engagement, clicks and codes per creator. We discuss it with you and note what the next campaign can do better.
| Initial call | 20 minutes, appointment within a few business days |
| Concept and creator proposal | about 1 week |
| Contracts | up to 1 week |
| Content production and approval | 2 to 3 weeks |
| Publication | a few days to several weeks, depending on the schedule |
| Report | once all statistics are available |
These figures apply to a typical campaign. With many creators, complex productions or lengthy internal approvals on your side, it may take longer.
For a typical campaign with several creators, six to eight weeks pass between the initial call and the report. Content production and approval take the most time, because products are shipped, posts are produced and revisions are agreed.
If you have a fixed date, such as a product launch or a trade fair, we plan backwards from that date. In that case, get in touch about two months in advance so that the creators you want still have availability.
Goal, product information, budget, products and approval of the posts.
Concept, creator selection with vetting, contracts, briefing, coordination, disclosure checks and report.
Producing the posts in their own style, publishing to schedule and sharing their statistics for the report.
If things need to move quickly or you want to test first, seeding is the shorter route: products go to suitable creators without extensive contracts for individual posts. Prices start at $1,500 net.
