FNLY Agency works for brands and for creators. Both should know in advance what they are signing up for. That is why our prices and terms are published on this website.
Why FNLY Agency exists
FNLY Agency is the part of the FNLY Group that brings brands together with creators who speak for a brand through their own reach. Content production, design and social media management stay with FNLY Social, while influencer marketing and creator management are handled by us.
Our network is deliberately small. We look after streamers, lifestyle and beauty creators, cosplayers and musicians personally and know what resonates with their communities. For brands, that is a better basis than a database of thousands of profiles nobody knows.
Legally, FNLY Agency currently belongs to FNLY Social UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a German limited liability company based in Borken (Hesse), and is part of the FNLY Group.

Fairness for creators
Commission only on deals we arrange, no ties lasting years and no rights to your content for us.
Diligence
We check audiences for bought followers and settle ad disclosure, contracts and rights before the first post.
Honesty
If influencer marketing does not suit your goal, or we have no suitable creator, we will tell you.

Is FNLY Agency a platform or an agency?
An agency. We work with our own network of creators whom we look after personally, and we handle the entire execution of a campaign. We do not offer a self-service marketplace.
Does FNLY Agency also work for creators?
Yes. We support creators in our network with partnerships, negotiations, contracts and invoicing. Our terms for creators are published openly on the website.
How does FNLY Agency differ from FNLY Social?
FNLY Agency arranges creators with their own reach. FNLY Social produces UGC content for brands' own channels and handles design and social media management. Both belong to the FNLY Group.
