A contract in plain language
You get a contract you can understand without a lawyer. Commission, term and exclusivity are set out exactly as on our terms page.

First briefing
As soon as a suitable inquiry comes in, you get a briefing with the content, fee, deadlines and usage rights. You decide whether to accept the job.

Our terms are published openly

We take 20% commission on the net fee, and only for deals we broker or manage. Your own deals and existing deals stay commission-free, and there is no blanket exclusivity. You can find every point on our terms page.

How many followers do I need to apply to FNLY Agency?

There is no minimum follower count. FNLY Agency selects creators based on the quality of their content and the engagement of their community. The network includes creators with as few as around 800 followers.

What does working with FNLY Agency cost me?

FNLY Agency receives 20% commission on the net fee of the deals it brokers or manages. Your own deals and deals you already had before working with us stay commission-free.

Do I have to commit exclusively to FNLY Agency?

No. There is no blanket exclusivity. Exclusivity only applies to one industry during a running campaign, so that you do not promote two competing brands at the same time, for example.

How long does the contract with FNLY Agency run?

The contract can be canceled monthly. There is no minimum term of several years and no automatic renewal for long periods.

Does FNLY Agency also manage Twitch streamers and cosplayers?

Yes, explicitly. Gaming, Twitch streaming and cosplay are among the network's focus areas, alongside lifestyle and beauty. We manage creators on Instagram, TikTok, Twitch and Threads.

When do I get paid?

Your share is paid out within 14 days of the client's payment reaching FNLY Agency. The commission has already been deducted.

How quickly will I hear back about my application?

You get a reply within 5 business days, even if it is a no. If it is a fit, an introductory call follows.

Can I apply if I am under 18?

Yes, from the age of 16 with your parents' consent. We only conclude contracts with minors together with their parents.
